Dear Mrs Wheeler,

Our daughter, Emily was admitted into a Master's Programme at Concordia University last summer and was looking for a quiet and safe place to live. I remembered walking by 2021 Atwater with her one evening, and having her tell me that it was her dream to live in this building one day. You helped make her dream come true.

Since September 2004, Emily has lived at 2021. To date, she has had nothing but a positive experience. My husband and I bonked the move (what a change from prior experiences in Montreal !!!) used your service elevator and moving equipment. We found everything to be perfect. You cannot begin to imagine what a relief “it was to just move in…” rather than have to clean for two days! Alex helped us install blinds and wall fixtures with a special drill since the building’s cement walls are impenetrable – which certainly serves to keep the noise level down.

Our daughter has been very happy living at 2021 and will continue to do so until December 31, 2005. She makes regular use of the well-maintained pool. It fact, environment of the entire building is very clean and the staff are more than helpful. On one occasion when her toilet broke, maintenance staff made the necessary repairs promptly. Emily speaks very fondly of the reception staff, and particularly appreciates Alfred. Just having someone be pleasant every day and keep an eye out for yon is very reassuring to her – and to us, since we live a distance away.

In a society that is quick to complain, I thought you might enjoy getting a positive and happy message. And it is indeed a pleasure for me to write about our satisfaction with the environnement the 2021 staff works hard to create.
